This includes, drums, pallets, waste paper, drill cuttings, shred
tires, municipal waste, and many others.

The SUPER BLENDER
rotor is equipped with an attrition zone which grinds solids into
a fine suspension while providing excellent circulation and turnover
in the vessel. The rotor is hard surfaced to provide maximum abrasion
resistance. Attrition zone extraction plate is hardened and ground. The shearing face of each rotor flight is made from mining grade tungsten carbide.

An integral junk removal port is provided to facilitate easy removal of umprocessible material from the tank.

The unit shown utilizes a 500 gallon tank and a 75 HP drive motor. Other sizes range from a 200 gallon, 25 HP unit to a 1500 gallon, 150 HP unit.

The SUPER BLENDER features heavy construction throughout to insure long term performance in tough applications such as waste processing in the environmental industry.

The unit is furnished with double mechanical seals mounted in a single stainless steel cartridge. A seal circulation system is also supplied.
